Rock & Pop Music

This showreel page is a showcase of the Rock & Pop styles of TV Music, Film Music and music for games. As well as the media music library of hundreds of tracks, the originals band material that Mike writes is also relevant to this showcase, as original pop and rock music is often used within TV adverts, film scenes and computer game music.

Mike often joins rock and pop music with other styles, making very unique compositions, for instance, the track ‘Sundown in Istambul’ starts out very much as a world music track, but throughout the track the style develops into a full on Rock composition whilst maintaining the middle eastern style that precedes it. Pop music is also a very well used genre in film music, TV music and computer game music and the track ‘Sunshine Spice’ is a good example of a very instant and accessible track well suited for a TV advert or teenage TV drama series.
